Police Seeking Public Assistance In Theft By Masked Suspects
On Friday March 28th, 2025 in the afternoon hours, the Owen Sound Police Service responded to a Theft incident at a West-side convenience store.
Five masked suspects entered the premises and immediately selected merchandise, placing items in their backpacks, before fleeing the store with the unpaid items. No violence or threats of violence were used towards the store clerk, however the value of the theft was significant, totaling approximately $800.00.
Two of the suspects have been identified by Police. One of the identified suspects, a male youth, has been located and arrested. The identities of the remaining suspects are still being confirmed and the investigation is ongoing.
