On Thursday July 10^th shortly after 6:00 p.m. emergency services personnel responded to a two-vehicle head on collision in the 1000 block of 3^rd Avenue West.

Investigation revealed a 77-year-old man from Owen Sound was operating a 2006 Chevrolet Impala travelling northbound on 3^rd Avenue West.  The Impala veered into the path of a southbound 2023 Toyota Tundra resulting in a low speed impact. 

The 77-year-old was treated on scene by Grey County paramedics and transported to Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound for further medical treatment.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

The incident is still under investigation; however, it’s believed the 77-year-old driver suffered a medical event immediately prior to the collision.
