Arrests Made in Connection with Two Owen Sound Break and Enter Incidents
The Owen Sound Police Service have arrested two Owen Sound residents following two break and enter incidents at the same west-end business that occurred less than a week apart. The break-ins caused approximately $5,000 dollars in damage.
On April 16th, 2025, following a detailed investigation, police identified two suspects and executed a search warrant at their westside residence. During the search, police located evidence linking the suspects to both incidents.
As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old male are both charged with several criminal code offences including Break, Enter and Theft as well as Wearing a Disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence. Both suspects were held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
