On 12 December 2020 at approximately 7:40 pm a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle in the area of 9th Street East and 3rd Avenue East, the vehicle failed to remain at the scene.  The pedestrian was transported to hospital suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

Man Arrested in Possession of Loaded Sawed-Off Rifle

POLICE SEEK THE PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE WITH A COLLISION

On Thursday October 15th, 2020, at about 3:40 p.m. a collision occurred within the intersection of 3rd Avenue West and 10th Street West in the City of Owen Sound, involving a red Mercedes SUV and a white Kia van.  As a precaution one of the driver’s was transported to hospital but was quickly discharged.  As a result of the impact both vehicles were required to be towed from the scene.  The matter remains under investigation.
